Dr. KATE ROBERTS, BSc HKin, DC

CHIROPRACTOR

Dr. Kate is a chiropractor who provides care for neuromusculoskeletal conditions involving the spine and extremities. Her clinical focus is on supporting movement, function, and recovery through an individualized, evidence-informed approach to care.

Her interest in chiropractic care was influenced by her own experiences as a young athlete, where she received chiropractic treatment during periods of sports injury and concussion recovery. These experiences shaped her appreciation for the physical and functional challenges that can accompany injury and rehabilitation, and inform how she works with patients today.

Dr. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her academic training, along with experience in high-performance and active populations, has contributed to her interest in functional rehabilitation, movement-based care, and working with individuals across different stages of life.

In practice, Dr. Kate uses a combination of chiropractic manual therapy, neurofunctional acupuncture, cupping, movement and exercise-based strategies, ergonomic education, and lifestyle guidance. Care is tailored to each individual’s presentation, goals, and stage of recovery, with an emphasis on patient education and shared decision-making.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Kate enjoys staying active through strength training and Pilates, spending time in the kitchen exploring new recipes, and travelling.
