Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues (muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints) in the body. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare service that helps to alleviate the discomfort associated with every day and occupational stresses, muscular over-use, and many chronic pain conditions. Massage Therapy should be provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). An RMT is registered with the College of Massage Therapists Ontario and considered a primary healthcare provider.

At ONE80 Health, massage therapy is used to treat both acute and chronic conditions as we work with a variety of patients and conditions. There are tremendous benefits to be achieved through regular massage therapy treatment.
